No U Turn is a punk rock band formed in Yangon in 2002 and heavily influenced by the 90s punk rock scene. Even if the line up changed over the years, they remain one of the leading acts of Myanmar’s punk rock scene. After playing many underground shows they were finally able to make their debut album 'Khit Nout Kya Ta Ngar Doh' in 2009. Because no record label would contract a band with their musical style, they were forced to invest their own money to release the album. Following the release of their second album in 2011 the band became well known for their punk rock attitude, individual style and rebellious lyrics.
